Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 months' experience in restaurant management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.

Salary Information:
$53,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
