Clinical Therapist Opportunity

Job Overview:

Job Description:

The Clinical Therapist will provide clinical interventions within the scope of their practice for consumers of Cumberland River Behavioral Health, Inc. The successful candidate will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for providing ongoing assessment, crisis resolution, and behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and determine clinical interventions for assigned consumers.
  • Implement treatment plans based on assessment data and sound knowledge of professional practice principles.
  • Provide individual, group, family, and screening/diagnostic assessments as per privileges granted.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant client files.
  • Meet time requirements and service standards as outlined in Agency policy and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Clinical field or currently enrolled in accredited program.
  • Licensure requirements met by respective board: Psychology, Social Work, Professional Counseling Marriage and Family.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, tact, diplomacy, and compassion in problem-solving situations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
