About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Service Provider to join our team of dedicated professionals at Cumberland River Behavioral Health, Inc.

Job Summary

This role involves providing high-quality clinical services to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of evidence-based interventions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Clinical Services: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to support client recovery.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other clinicians, case managers, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care and effective outcomes.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D./Psy.D.).
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work) from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience providing mental health services to diverse populations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in electronic health records systems.
