Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Telecare Corp. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and training to individuals with developmental disabilities who require behavioral supports and assistance with daily living activities.

About the Role:
In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Program Administrator to provide direct care and special services to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will assist clients with daily living activities, participate in structured activities, and help them achieve their hopes and dreams.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors, and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $22.17 - $27.08 per hour, depending on experience and location. In addition to your base pay, you may also be eligible for shift differentials, weekend premiums, and other incentives.

You will also have access to free continuing education units (CEUs), supervision for BBS associate license, coaching, and mentorship opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of prior experience in direct care and special services for persons with developmental disabilities, and a valid driver's license with current personal vehicle insurance.
You must also be willing to complete required training for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within six months of employment and obtain RBT certification within twelve months of initial employment or be a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional and maintain credential through employment.
