About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team at BioSpace, Inc. as a key member of our Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic perspectives for the automation IT system platform, aligning with IT infrastructure components and global IT solutions.
  • Coordinate and drive the implementation of automation technology and solutions for new production equipment and warehouse solutions.
  • Identify department competency and process gaps, and support the development of methods to close these gaps.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of eight years of pharmaceutical automation experience, with relevant technical knowledge and experience within automation technology and solution areas.
  • Ability to drive process solutions by working proactively with a broad range of project stakeholders and Novo Nordisk automation/IT stakeholders.
