We are seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements and user stories for the development of new applications.
  • Facilitate communication and understanding between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through custom software solutions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
Work Environment:

This is a hybrid position, requiring regular on-site attendance at our Cambridge campus. We also offer flexible remote work options for eligible employees.
