We are seeking a highly skilled C3BM Principal Integration Specialist to join our team at Parsons Corporation. In this role, you will collaborate with Missile Defense System stakeholders to prepare Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) requirements products as part of the engineering objectives documentation and analysis processes.
Key Responsibilities- Engineering Collaboration: Participate in engineering meetings and present engineering product development updates to stakeholders.
- Analysis and Recommendations: Provide analysis, failure review summaries, and make recommendations to improve C2BMC systems.
- Integration and Fielding: Lead development, integration, and fielding efforts regarding C2BMC Planner.
- Coordination and Management: Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder engagements to translate operational needs into technical requirements.
- Quality Assurance and Testing: Facilitate quality assurance and testing processes to ensure C2BMC systems meet requirements.
- Documentation and Training: Support documentation and training initiatives to ensure effective use of C2BMC systems.
- Complex Information Synthesis: Synthesize complex information from stakeholders into actionable plans.
- Education and Experience: Master's degree in STEM and 12+ years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience.
- Clearance: Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
- Agile Software Development: Familiarity with Agile Software Development processes and product development timelines.
- Missile Defense Agency: Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts.
- System Engineering: Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes.
- Communication Skills: Develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel; exceptional written and verbal skills required.
- Collaboration: Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor, and supporting contractor personnel.
- Strategic Planning: Proven expertise in strategic planning, integration, and training within military and defense.
- Project Management: Track record of leading mission-critical projects.
- Technical Product Coordination: Experience in technical product coordination and software delivery to operational readiness.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Military Experience: Military experience is a plus.
- Network Engineering: Apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment.
- Self-Starter: Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment.
