Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review Interface Control Documents, System/Subsystem Requirements, and Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM) documents.
  • Provide Use Case briefing development support to junior systems engineering team members.
  • Act as a technical interface to MDA working-level counterparts.
  • Participate in Agile development, including iteration planning, status, and agile team leadership.
  • Analyze high-level needs and define a structured and logical approach to refine the capability into an integrated set of requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of experience, or a PhD and 0 years of experience.
  • Experience developing system engineering artifacts, such as Interface Control Documents, Use Cases Briefings, Sequence Diagrams, Trade Studies, Specifications, Architecture Descriptions, etc.
  • Understanding of systems engineering processes and principles.
  • Experience working in an integrated team environment with other systems, software, and specialty engineers to develop solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully applying system engineering principles to develop product solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD issued Top Secret clearance.
  • Experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Domain experience with both Space and Missile Defense.
  • Experience in mission analysis and SysML modeling in support of MBSE.
