Project Architect/Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect/Project Manager to join our Cultural Studio at Glavé & Holmes Architecture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Assist with business development, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients and partners.
  • Oversee the creation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and estimates.
  • Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Architect/Project Manager in a cultural or historic preservation context.
  • Professional license in architecture from an accredited program.
  • Experience with project and team management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, and Adobe Creative Suite platforms.
  • Passion for design excellence, collaborative spirit, and willingness to learn/mentor.
