  • Monitor Patient Progress: Regularly assess patient vital signs, symptoms, and general condition, reporting any concerns to the appropriate individual.
  • Document Patient Care: Accurately record patient observations, responses to care, and other relevant information on patient charts.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • License: Current RN License required.
