Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our production process, this role will be responsible for assembling and building complex machines, as well as fabricating parts based on detailed engineering prints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machining Operations: Operate manual machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders to create components for custom machines.
  • Assembly and Fabrication: Assemble and build a variety of machines, including those for metal removal, rubber cut-off, and other specialized applications.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in machine building and tool making.
  • Strong skills in operating manual machines for part fabrication.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering prints and technical drawings.
  • Experience in machine maintenance with a focus on automation is highly preferred.
  • Electrical wiring skills are a plus, though not required.
