Job Summary

AdventHealth is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist PRN to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist PRN, you will be responsible for performing radiographic imaging procedures, positioning patients, and assisting with clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic imaging procedures using established protocols
  • Position patients and operate imaging equipment safely and properly
  • Screen patients for contrast allergies and educate them on the exam
  • Complete required documentation for Radiologist support
  • Perform clerical duties, including answering telephones and completing patient records
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patient condition and obtaining patient history
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
