We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in a Relief or PRN capacity. As a key member of our imaging team, you will be responsible for performing radiographic imaging procedures, positioning patients, and operating imaging equipment safely and effectively.
Responsibilities- Perform all exams using established protocols and facility policies
- Position patients and equipment to produce high-quality radiographic images
- Operate imaging equipment, including scanners, injectors, and monitors, in a safe and efficient manner
- Screen patients for contrast allergies and educate them on the exam process
- Perform clerical duties, including answering phones, completing patient records, and filing
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patient condition, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and maintaining patient confidentiality
- High school education or equivalent and graduate from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology or JCERT Accreditation
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification license in Radiography
- State Certified Radiologic Technologist License
