Job Title: Heavy Duty Equipment Operator

Brown Industrial Construction is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Heavy Duty Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and graders to perform various tasks on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and graders to perform tasks such as excavation, grading, and hauling.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
  • Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of experience operating heavy equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment:

The Heavy Duty Equipment Operator will work in a fast-paced construction environment, exposed to various weather conditions and physical demands. The position requires the ability to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and perform strenuous physical labor.
