About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Property Administrator to manage our portfolio of commercial properties in the Nashville area. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to oversee property operations, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams of property managers to ensure effective day-to-day operations, including leasing, maintenance, and administration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize property performance, reduce costs, and improve tenant satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Travel to properties to conduct site visits, evaluate market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, CPM or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of prior, multi-property management experience with an owner/operator.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with property management software, such as Yardi.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
