Innova Solutions is currently seeking a Aerospace Maintenance Technician

Position type: Full-time, Contract potential to hire
Duration: 9 months

As an Aerospace Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic

  • Executing assembly, disassembly, and repairs necessary for the completion of airframe overhauls, repairs, modifications, and upgrades. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal, replacement, and repair of components related to engines, airframes, and aircraft structures and systems.
  • Conducting airframe, powerplant, and propeller repairs and modifications to comply with company and FAA standards.
  • Performing routine inspections and troubleshooting on airframe structures, engines, and aircraft systems.
  • Carrying out airframe system changes, component replacements, and systems checkouts.
  • Interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Completing other assigned tasks as required.
  • Demonstrating the competencies necessary to meet business requirements.
  • Acting as a leader and trainer for a functional and/or cross-functional team.

    The ideal candidate will possess:
    • Airframe and Powerplant License
    • Experience with a variety of jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance, or airframe sheet metal maintenance.
    • Experience in MRO environments. Proficient in operating all pneumatic, power, hand tools, and equipment necessary to complete work assignments. Knowledge of arithmetic, blueprints, and specifications, along with principles of jet, piston, airframe, and engine mechanics, is required.

    PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
    Pay Range*: $35- $39.14 per hour
    *The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on various factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
