We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the clinical oversight of homecare clients and patients served, including supervision of care management and personnel management associated with the clinical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and evaluate the clinical skills and competency of caregivers.
  • Develop and implement training programs for caregivers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the office clinical leader to develop and implement clinical strategies.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license required.
  • Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required.
