Job Summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring behavioral treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other behavioral and social/communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs): Provide weekly supervision to RBTs working with clients, develop child-specific behavior plans, and train staff members on client-specific treatment plans.
  • Conduct Weekly Reviews and Data Analysis: Continuously conduct weekly reviews of data to ensure treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
  • Assess and Track Client Progress: Conduct assessments, track authorizations, and monitor client progress throughout the treatment period.
  • Collaborate with Team Members and Families: Participate in bi-weekly BCBA group meetings, monthly 1:1 meetings with the Clinical Integrity Officer, and conduct parent training as required.
  • Maintain Knowledge and Certifications: Maintain knowledge of different programs and certifications through CEU events and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required, Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices.
  • Additional Eligibility Requirements: Must abide by The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts on the BACB, must abide by HIPAA policies set forth by InBloom, and must have reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance, and smartphone.
Work Environment
  • Settings: Must be able to work in a combination of settings, including in-home, school, and community settings.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of standing and frequent bending, must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
Travel Requirements
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to multiple locations throughout a workday, willingness to travel a minimum of 15 miles.
