Job Summary
The role of Volleyball Sports Coordinator at i9 Sports focuses on enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for both players and coaches. This position involves building strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches, ensuring effective instructional delivery, and providing hands-on assistance during practices and games for all age groups and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Empower volunteer coaches to conduct practice sessions that emphasize fundamentals, skill enhancement, and enjoyment.
- Instruct and demonstrate core principles such as sportsmanship values.
- Manage the overall operation of volleyball on game day.
- Consistently display a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Experience and knowledge in sport-specific coaching.
