Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center's Department of Anesthesiology is seeking skilled and dedicated Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to become valued members of our dynamic team. We offer full-time and part-time positions with flexible and personalized scheduling opportunities.

Our facility is proud to be affiliated with the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College and serves as the state's sole Level 1 Trauma Center. We boast the second-highest acuity level in New England, placing us among the top 5% nationally.

Our Practice
  • We operate a collaborative MD/CRNA Care Team model in a supportive and friendly work environment.
  • We offer flexible and personalized scheduling opportunities.
  • We have no night call and minimal weekend coverage.
  • We provide anesthesia services across 40+ locations, with 40,000+ cases annually.
  • We have a diverse main OR case mix, including General Surgery, Trauma, Maxillofacial, Neurosurgery, Cardiac, Pediatrics, Thoracic, Transplant, Vascular, and Orthopedics.
  • We offer varied anesthesia practices beyond the main OR, covering a live-imaging surgical suite, Endoscopy, pediatric 'Pain-Free' program, interventional radiology, CT, minor procedure rooms, radiation oncology, MRI, EP, and the cath lab/structural heart space.
Our Benefits
  • We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with CRNA experience.
  • We provide a Loan Repayment Program of $50,000 over 4 years.
  • We offer a retention bonus of $10,000 after 2 years of service.
  • We provide up to $15,000 relocation assistance, based on mileage.
  • We offer the option to pick up extra shifts at a premium compensation rate.
  • We reimburse all licenses and certifications, in addition to a biennial CME stipend.
  • We provide weekly educational opportunities for continuing education credits.
  • We offer 6.5 weeks PTO, not including sick time.
  • We have no income or sales tax for New Hampshire residents.
