Position Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Company Overview: WeCare Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide essential anesthesia services in a clinical and surgical setting. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality care in alignment with established guidelines.

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will possess a valid medical license and hold current board certifications. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive anesthesiology services for a variety of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely attendance for scheduled procedures, demonstrating professionalism and commitment.
  • Administer anesthesia for patients undergoing diverse surgical interventions, including but not limited to orthopedic, gynecological, and endoscopic surgeries.
  • Provide primary anesthetic coverage in surgical intensive care and manage acute and chronic pain management services.
  • Conduct bedside consultations for non-ambulatory patients and facilitate clinic consultations for those who are ambulatory.
  • All services are to be performed on-site, adhering to the specifications required for the patient population served.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Board Certification/Eligibility by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) is required, along with current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Continuing education requirements must be fulfilled to maintain certification.
  • Annual documentation of certification must be provided throughout the duration of employment.

Work Environment:

  • Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities as necessary.
  • Daily schedules will typically run from early morning to mid-afternoon, with additional on-call coverage as required.
  • CRNAs must be present on-site during clinic hours and available for consultations as needed.
  • On-call CRNAs are expected to respond promptly for phone consultations and must be available on-site within a specified timeframe.
