Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in roles involving significant public interaction/customer service. Experience should encompass assisting and providing information to a diverse range of individuals. (Required)
Capability to complete a bicycle training program and proficiently ride a bicycle as necessary. (Required)
Competence in general office operations, productivity tools, and computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook). (Required)
Ability to engage diplomatically with the public in a high-volume, diverse, and continuous public interaction environment. (Required)
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, evenings, holidays, on-call duties, overtime, and different shifts as required. (Required)
Skill in assessing problematic or emergency situations and executing appropriate solutions swiftly. (Required)
Attention to detail and commitment to completing all assigned duties and tasks within specified timeframes.
Education, Licenses, Certifications, & Professional Affiliations:
Current Driver's License (Required)
California Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (BSIS) issued Guard Card to be obtained within 6 months (Required)
