The Lifestyle Center and Physical Therapy initiative will integrate cutting-edge technology, including DEXA scans, metabolic exercise assessments, resting energy expenditure evaluations, hyperbaric treatments, stem cell research, and advanced fitness facilities.

We seek a dedicated physical therapist who is eager to elevate the department and the Lifestyle Center to new heights of excellence for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design personalized, fitness-oriented healthcare programs tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Administer medically prescribed physical therapy interventions to alleviate discomfort and enhance mobility.
  • Provide educational resources on injury prevention, ergonomic practices, and strategies to foster physical well-being.
  • Utilize hands-on techniques, such as massage therapy, to relieve pain and stimulate the healing process.
  • Guide patients and their families on at-home treatment options and outline expectations for recovery.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient care history.

Core Duties:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of physical therapy patients in accordance with APTA standards and state regulations.
  • Document patient progress following established medical and facility protocols.
  • Collaborate with other facility staff to ensure a clean, organized, and effective rehabilitation environment.
  • Assess patient mobility, strength, and functional levels, setting achievable goals for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
  • Possess current knowledge of treatment methodologies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in professional report writing and correspondence.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills.
