Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a key member of our medical imaging department, you will be responsible for operating diagnostic equipment, processing images, and preparing rooms for procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate diagnostic equipment and process images to ensure high-quality scans
  • Prepare rooms with necessary equipment and supplies for procedures
  • Assist in the primary mission of the medical imaging department by providing proper diagnostic information
  • Follow Radiation Protection Program guidelines, including ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, including DHEC, Joint Commission, and ACR
  • May include direct supervision of students, requiring licensure or equivalent training
Requirements
  • Registered in two or more of the following modalities: CT, Ultra Sonography, Mammography, MR, or Nuclear Medicine
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in Medical Imaging preferred
  • NMTCB Nuclear Cardio Technician, or Sonography, or RDMS OB/GYN Specialty, or Ultrasonographer, or Registered Computerized Tomography Technician, or Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT), or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB)
