We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Team Lead. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Supervise and develop assigned staff nurses and technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with unit leadership and other supervisory staff to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and staff performance.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that patient needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- 1 year of relevant experience as a registered nurse, preferably in an acute care setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
