The Regional Vice President of Operations will oversee the operations of skilled nursing facilities throughout the Plains Region to ensure the high quality and integrity of our services and operations.
About Plains Region
As a leading provider of healthcare services, Plains Region distinguishes itself with a strong reputation, stability, and success. Our modern, well-maintained facilities offer strong multidisciplinary teams, specialty programs, and opportunities for continuing education. The goal of each facility is to be a full partner in the continuum of healthcare services in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of skilled nursing facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of care, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Collaborate with facility administrators to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to facility teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- Travel to facilities as needed to provide support and guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Active state nursing home administrator's license.
- Five or more years of experience in long-term care management.
- Proven track record of success in long-term care administration.
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
