Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

As a retail sales associate, your main duty is to be present on the sales floor and assist in various capacities as needed. You may also be required to operate the cash register during your shifts. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing tasks are essential.

Product Management
  • Stocking: Ensure shelves and displays are stocked with merchandise in an organized and appealing manner. Timely restocking from the production area is crucial.
  • Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and orderly environment throughout the retail space.
Cash Register Operations
  • Register Duties: Be prepared to handle cash register responsibilities as needed. Attention to detail is critical.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, representing the store positively.
Evening Shift Responsibilities
  • Late Shift Duties: Occasionally, you will be required to work late shifts. During these times, take initiative to complete additional tasks.

Compensation Details
  • Hourly pay is distributed on a bi-monthly basis for the previous pay period.
