Job Title: Care Partner Memory Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Bethesda Gardens. As a Care Partner, you will provide care and assistance to our Memory Care residents in a warm and supportive environment.

Job Summary

The Care Partner will provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as provide emotional support and companionship to our residents. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist residents with meals and snacks, including serving and cleaning up
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, including listening to their concerns and responding to their needs
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on resident care and community policies
  • Other duties as assigned by the Health Services Director
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Certification in nursing assistance desired
  • CPR and First Aid certification required
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload as emergencies arise
  • Ability to work in stressful situations with residents, families, visitors, and other staff
  • Must maintain a current driver's license and comply with all requirements of our Auto Policy
