About the Role

As a Site Acquisition Manager II at James Services Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing all site acquisition activities on assigned projects, from propagation modeling and RF design to NTP acceptance.

This is a key role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with service providers and other disciplines.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in site builds, preferably with experience of over 200 sites.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination: Coordinate work with service providers and other disciplines interfacing with the Site Acquisition group.
  2. Site Acquisition Management: Manage site acquisition activities, including site file audits, RFDS reviews, SOW reviews, coordination of A&E and/or design services, evaluation of engineering requirements, coordination and preparation of submittal documents, LL notifications, LL consents, regulatory approvals, NTP handoffs, and assistance to civil work and installation teams.
  3. Progress Monitoring: Monitor service provider activities to ensure contract requirements, specifications, and milestones are met.
  4. Problem Solving: Solve problems encountered by service providers related to site acquisition.
  5. Implementation Oversight: Ensure adherence to implementation schedules and guidelines.
  6. Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports.
  7. Meetings: Attend coordination and progress meetings.
  8. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Maintain a good working relationship with customer representatives and project stakeholders.
  9. Project Alignment: Coordinate activities to align with project goals and objectives.
  10. Risk and Budget Management: Measure and report on budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $104,800 - $116,160 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in site builds, preferably over 200 sites.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Real Estate licensed professional and/or law degree preferred.
