Key Responsibilities

  • Collect information on NMCI ordering requirements, develop order quantities, and assist SCSTC customers in selecting devices and capabilities
  • Prepare Move, Add Changes (MAC) requests and submit for action to move computers, reassign assets, activate ports, and reassign software
  • Update NET profiles, create various NET services for NMCI task orders, and act as liaison with NMCI help desk
  • Assist with the onboarding of new users, including check-in/out, coordinating with SCSTC N6 government personnel, and setting up user's IT equipment
  • Document internal procedures and develop and maintain local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Track and process old equipment for disposition per DoD guidelines
Requirements
  • Two (2) years' experience performing administrative tasks supporting a Cybersecurity or Information Technology organization
  • Experience utilizing MS Office tools required
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start
