We are currently looking for a Shipping and Receiving Specialist who will be responsible for scanning and organizing incoming and outgoing shipments. Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt of store inventory, transfers, vendor, and internal shipments.

• Process returns related to customer and product quality.

• Direct the distribution of replenishment products to the sales floor or backstock.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits of targeted inventory.

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, memberships, and services.

• Adhere to REI's loss prevention and safety protocols.

• Maintain flexibility in your schedule to meet business needs.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or shipping/receiving roles (preferred).
