Cytotechnologist Specialist

Huntington Hospital is seeking a skilled Cytotechnologist to join our team in the Pathology Lab Services department.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, prepare, and examine cellular specimens from various body sites to detect evidence of malignancy and other pathologic conditions.
- Meet CLIA criteria for Cytotechnologist and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Cytotechnology.
- At least two years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in cytology or a related field.
- Current Certified Cytotechnologist (CT) issued by American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and Cytotechnologist license (CLM) issued by California Department of Public Health (CDPH).
Huntington Hospital offers a competitive compensation package, including an anticipated base compensation rate of $53.17 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
