Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified individual with a strong background in a weld fabrication setting, particularly with heavier gauge steel. The role involves working with comprehensive systems that include welded, machined, and purchased components, culminating in the assembly of finished equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Review assembly drawings to offer shop floor guidance, ensuring efficient production run start-ups.
2. Act as a liaison between the shop floor and engineering teams for any necessary drawing modifications.
3. Interpret blueprints effectively.
4. Develop shop floor routings for part production.
5. Maintain a foundational understanding of welding, forming, and press brake operations.
6. Utilize strong computer skills to support various tasks.
7. Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.

Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience in setting up production lines for short runs of fabricated assemblies (200 units or less).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Experience in designing tooling and fixtures for weldments.
- Hands-on experience in welding, forming, and machining processes.
