- Oversee Food Preparation and Cooking: Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked in a clean and safe environment, adhering to our strict food safety and quality control procedures.
- Ensure Food Safety and Quality Standards: Conduct regular checks to ensure that all food is stored, handled, and cooked in accordance with our food safety and quality control policies.
- Train and Supervise Kitchen Staff: Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties to our high standards.
- Maintain Inventory and Order Supplies: Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to maintain our high standards of food quality and safety.
- Create and Update Menu Items: Work with our culinary team to create and update menu items, ensuring that they are appealing to our customers and meet our high standards of food quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-food or restaurant environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.
