Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our fulfillment team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders by inspecting merchandise, matching merchandise to orders, and packing merchandise in appropriate containers.
  • Sort and pack merchandise using proper containers, cartons, or packaging for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with customers and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
