Fulfillment Outfitter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner.

• Fulfill customer orders by inspecting merchandise, matching merchandise to orders, and packing merchandise for shipment.
• Sort and pack merchandise using proper containers and labeling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless order processing.
• Assist customers on the sales floor during store hours, providing excellent customer service and support.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
