About the Role

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare patients for examination and treatment by recording vital signs and conducting thorough health assessments.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, adhering to EMR protocols and HIPAA guidelines.
  3. Coordinate patient scheduling, including appointment bookings and reminders, ensuring seamless clinic operations.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving clinical concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Prioritize tasks efficiently, managing multiple responsibilities to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
