Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT examinations, selecting proper technical factors, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selecting and operating CT scanners, pressure injectors, and other equipment to perform diagnostic examinations
  • Preparing and positioning patients for CT scans, ensuring modesty and safety
  • Documenting clinical information, obtaining informed consent, and completing required fields in MEDITECH
  • Obtaining high-quality CT images and submitting them for interpretation
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to infection control protocols
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician certification
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
