Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in risk management and compliance to oversee the development and implementation of our risk management program. As a Risk and Compliance Officer Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care and protecting the organization's assets. Your responsibilities will include designing and organizing risk management programs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and evaluating program effectiveness.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement risk management programs to minimize loss and protect human, physical, and fiscal assets
- Collaborate with personnel responsible for safety and security to promote a safe work environment
- Provide assistance with claims investigation, management, and litigation
- Evaluate risk management program(s) through data capture, follow-up, and trend analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or healthcare-related field preferred
- Fellow or Diplomat of American Society of Healthcare Risk Managers Associate in Risk Management (ARM) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM), preferred
- Five years clinical and/or management experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting

About the Position
This is a full-time exempt position offering a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
