Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) - Home Healthcare

Aveanna Healthcare is a leading provider of in-home nursing care, seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team of healthcare professionals providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Position:
  • Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
  • Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of competencies related to the nursing profession by participating in educational programs and continued education units.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health experience.
Estimated Salary: $25.00 per hour
