We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech Therapist to provide compassionate care to patients with speech needs. As a Speech Therapist, you will assess patients' speech needs, create personalized treatment plans, and document patient care. You will also work closely with patients and their families to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' speech needs and create treatment plans
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and outcomes
- Work closely with patients and their families
- Active state license for practicing speech therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong charting and documentation skills
- Familiarity with basic computer programs
