Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' physical and psychological needs.
  • Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide expert guidance on adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance daily living activities.
  • Develop and implement physical rehabilitation programs to promote patient recovery and progress.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on proper care techniques and strategies.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or institutional settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
