Job Title: Systems Engineer

Boost LLC is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy cloud infrastructure and services using Azure
  • Manage and maintain cloud-based systems and applications
  • Collaborate with IT leaders to plan and sustain infrastructure using agile approaches
  • Develop and update standards, documentation, processes, and procedures for the systems engineering team
  • Provide technical support and knowledge for both on-premises and cloud-based environments

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of systems engineering experience
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated proficiency in Azure
  • Experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure and services
  • Proficiency in cloud-specific tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of networking principles and protocols, including virtual networks, subnets, and security groups
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation, and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance standards
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor
  • Knowledge of cloud database services and SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Experience working with Government clients, systems, and applications is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
