This role also involves maintaining cleanliness in public areas, ensuring surfaces are dust-free, waste is disposed of properly, and floors are kept clean.

Compensation:

$16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load laundry into washing machines and adhere to the manufacturer's guidelines for adding cleaning agents.
  • Monitor laundry equipment and report any maintenance needs to the facilities manager.
  • Ensure that cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and communicate any shortages to the general manager.
  • Dry clothing and linens following the manufacturer's instructions after each wash cycle.
  • Inspect linens for stains and apply appropriate cleaning methods to remove them.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds consistently.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a laundry attendant, housekeeper, or in a similar role.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and products.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
