About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team at The Learning Center for the Deaf. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide individual and group therapy to students, develop strength-based treatment plans, and collaborate with educational and residential staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services to students and families, including individual and group therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement strength-based treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Provide family therapy and collateral services as requested
  • Collaborate with educational and residential staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Participate in clinical on-call rotation and provide discharge planning and community liaison services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clinical services rendered
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in social work, psychology, or mental health field, with eligibility for Massachusetts state licensure
  • Conversational fluency in American Sign Language, with native or near-native fluency preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work some evening hours
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $79,000 to $93,600 annually, as well as a $1,500 sign-on bonus, housing resources, tuition reimbursement, and a range of benefits options, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.
