Ellie Mental Health is revolutionizing the culture of mental health care for both clients and clinicians. We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LICSW Lead Therapist/Supervisor to join our team at our Framingham, MA clinic, serving the Metro West area.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced LICSW who is passionate about cultivating a work environment that values employee well-being, team collaboration, and life-long learning. As a full-time, licensed clinician and supervisor, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and creating/implementing/maintaining treatment plans for clients. You will also supervise a team of clinicians and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university
  • Independent licensure - LICSW
  • At least 1-year supervisory experience
  • Able to teach and implement at least 2 evidence-based practices in sessions and in supervisions
  • Able to maintain appropriate boundaries as a clinician as well as a supervisor
Compensation

$85,000 - $119,000 per year
