Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and protection of the Environment as core values while ensuring the well-being of employees, customers, and the community.
  • Supervisors and Managers should demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates.
  • Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System.
  • Manufacture, assemble, and test various fiber optic and electrical components.
  • Identify non-conforming material and follow instructions to maintain workflow in accordance with process cycle process times.
  • Perform intricate procedures during product assembly process.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanically inclined assembly experience.
  • 1+ years of related experience in fiber-optic and/or electronic assembly.
  • Fiber Optical Assembly Experience preferred.
