Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Advisor to join our team at Adams and Associates, Inc. as a Residential Program Manager. As a Residential Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a safe, clean, and structured living environment for our students, fostering student retention, satisfaction, achievement, and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized case management to maintain student enrollment and success in the program.
  • Maintain a safe and clean dorm environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide quality supervision to students in the dormitory, promoting a positive and supportive living environment.
  • Initiate work orders to make necessary repairs and follow up with maintenance to ensure completion.
  • Identify problems, analyze causes, and evaluate appropriate solutions prior to taking or recommending actions.
  • Work in partnership with staff from all departments to ensure effective supervision and services are provided to students.
  • Provide transportation as required.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a related program or field.
  • A valid Driver's License.
