We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at ATC Marietta. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.
Job Summary:This is a 13-week contract position with a 5x8-hour schedule, Monday through Friday. The Registered Nurse will work in a Home Health setting, providing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Home Health and be proficient in EPIC.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' needs
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- State license, in-hand (GA or compact)
- BCLS certification
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- EPIC experience
- Home Health experience
