Production Team Member

Pro Chemicals LLC is seeking a skilled Production Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient production of finished products. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Follow all procedures and guidelines while manufacturing products to the highest quality standards
Gather raw materials and mix batches as per schedule and mix instructions
Take product and material samples to Quality Control for approval
Ensure all mixed/filled products meet ProActive quality standards
Assist in loading and unloading of raw materials, finished goods, and other freight that is delivered from vendors
Responsible for taking every safety precaution when manufacturing chemicals or handling hazardous materials
Makes sure all effluent leaving the plant is properly treated before discharge
Assist in performing general preventative maintenance on equipment including general housekeeping and cleanliness of equipment and work
Applies all necessary labels and stenciling to appropriate packages and containers
Proficient skills to operate pallet jacks and forklifts
Follows Good Manufacturing Processes at all times
Assist in taking physical inventory when necessary
Responsible for Continuous Improvement in all aspects of production
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of production experience or similar
Knowledge of safe work practices
Possess basic math skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attentive and timely in responses
Good follow up and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without getting flustered
Collaborative and cooperative work style internally and externally with a "can do" attitude
Excellent problem solver who sees solutions instead of obstacles
Familiarity with MS Office software and strong computer skills
Valid driver's license
Excellent attendance record
Able to walk regularly around the production floor and office areas, including climbing steps and also occasionally climbing on a ladder
Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Able to bend, squat, sit and stand
Able to sit in office chair working on written assignments and operate a computer
